The tutorial Fee includes
- admission to the tutorial
- coffee and refreshments during breaks
- Lunch
- printed handout of the selected tutorial

The Conference Fee includes
- all scientific lectures
- coffee and refreshments during breaks
- a daily lunch
- one volume of either the ESSDERC or ESSCIRC printed proceedings
- one USB storage device including electronic proceedings of both conferences and the Fringe Poster session
- Welcome reception on Tuesday 16 September
- Conference Dinner on Wednesday 17 September

The workshop Fee includes
- admission to the workshop
- coffee and refreshments during breaks (unless otherwise indicated)

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat at the Institute of Phyics. For cancellations received by 11 August, 2008 a refund minus a 20% administration fee will be granted. No refunds can be made after that date. Name changes will be effected free of charge.
